What kind of conflicts are predicted in military doctrines of European countries? • National defense (dominatingpriorities) • Domestic law and order enforcement (police functions) • Missions abroad (Citizensnotunderstand take limitedsupport) • Disaster relief operations • Issue: Gapbetweencitizensandarmy are growing.

What kind of education and training really needs forthe young man inorder to become an officer? • Officer training options: • Toodifficult to predictfutureinorder to prepareyoungofficers. • Basic officers education (military academy). • Special specialty training (additional specific courses). • Cooperate in specific modules and share ERASMUS system of exchange. • Language competence. • Cultural. • Democratic leadership. • Human rights. • Basic leader education. Dominate and remainclassicalleadereducation, whichcould be easilyadapted to futureconflicts (specific technical education). • Preparation of reserve (cancelingofconscriptsneeds to be compensatedbyotherformsofcitizensmilitarytraining).
