  2. اصول غربالگری کانسر

  3. کرایترایای مورد نیاز جهت اقدام به غربالگری • فرکوئنسی بالا و/یا شدید بودن کانسر • سیر طبیعی بیماری به گونه ای باشد که شانس تشخیص در مرحله اولیه امکان پذیر باشد(detectable preclinical phase) • در دسترس بودن درمان موثر که سیرطبیعی بیماری را تغییر دهد • درمان در مراحل بدون علامت(presymptomatic) موثرتر از زمانی باشد که بیمار علامت دارد • تست مناسب جهت غربالگری وجود داشته باشد • استراتژی مناسب برای جمعیت هدف وجود داشته باشد(سن شروع ،...) • میران زیادی شرکت کننده از جمعیت واجد شرایط داوطلب باشند • برنامه غربالگری برای ناحیه ای به که کار گرفته شود که امکان غربالگری ،تشخیص و درمان باشد • امکان پیگیری تستهای مثبت ،معاینه تشخیصی ودرمان فوری • cost-effective • برنامه بطور منظم کنترل شود
