  3. Org Picture Board • 3 Pictures per Org! • Label Pictures!

  4. Food Exemption Form • Fill out Food Exemption forms 5 days in advance of event. • Located at Universityservices.tamucc.edu

  5. Org. bank Account • Not required to bank with Wells Fargo • To bank with Wells Fargo your Org needs: • Minutes with Officer list, signers on the account, and that the group wants the account. • EIN number- https://sa.www4.irs.gov/sa_vign/newFormSS4.do

  6. Cont. • Any Officer or Advisor on the account must provided 2 forms of I.D. • When all signers have signed signature card, the checkbook and bank profile will be released and account will open. • Have a bank account by January UCSO Meeting, January 23rd .

  7. The Marshmallow Challenge!

  8. Directions: • Divide the Orgs into 3 teams • Each team has to build one standing marshmallow tower in 10 minutes or less. • The marshmallow tower has to look like a tower or such. • The team that has a standing marshmallow tower with the greatest height wins the challenge.

Q &A After Challenge • Who was the leader of the Team? • How did your team come up with ideas and how did you plan to build the tower? • Did everyone in the team have specific roles on what to do or was one person doing the entire work? • What did you learn from the challenge? • What are ways that your organization practices some good leadership skills?
