Please Contact EPC at: (813)627-2600 or www.epchc.org Benefits: • There is no cost to the community • Presentation on-site at community meeting • Association becomes better informed • Outdoor signage provided • Electronic logo provided for HOA website • Eligible for Community Partner Mini-Grant Community Partner Mini-Grant: • Must be certified “Community Partner” • Up to $2,500 for qualifying project & $15,000 maximum • Project must occur on common property shared by community • Reimbursement grant requiring prior staff approval • Project must meet PRF requirements • Awarded in order of receipt until money is all encumbered

  3. EPC’s PRF Balance • Available Monies as of 6/1/2013 $123,945 • Mini-Grants Request $ 15,000 • Balance if Approved $108,945

  4. Staff Recommendation: Board vote to approve expenditure of $15,000 from the EPC’s Pollution Recovery Fund for the purpose of funding mini-grants through the Community Partner Program, and authorize the Executive Director to approve award of the mini-grants and execute the PRF agreements.
