16. LARTCS Costs/Funding The "Cost" to participating agencies? There is NO COST to be of member of LARTCS or to utilized the System. All Agencies are required to sign a memorandum of Understanding that stipulates how and when to use the system.

Currently in the process of formulating and releasing an RFP for the hiring of a full system’s integrator. • The integrator will assist in the preparation of the statement of work and specifications for the system build-out as well as assist the executive Committee in the evaluation of bids received. • The integrator will then assume the role as the project management team for the duration of the build-out and will operate under the Executive Committee review.
