  1. Thai youth in Agriculture Sector Situation: • The average age of farmers in Thailand who is also living in agriculture increased. • Agricultural sector is hard work. In Thailand , number of youth in agriculture has decreased and has been decreasing steadily but thead head into the industrial sector, service and more entertainment. • Price of agriculture products uncertainty, decreasing rather than increasing, lack of lateral and consistency and motivation in the occupation. • The aggravate of situations of political conflict, government policy can not be implemented and carry on any agricultural policy. • สถานการณ์ความขัดแย้งทางการเมืองซ้ำเติม รัฐบาลไม่สามารถดำเนินนโยบาย และสานต่อนโยบายด้านการเกษตรใดๆ

Strategy and Development for new generation of youth farmers Target:To be a key to continue the development of the agricultural sector replace the old farmer. • Establish, expand, promote, and develop group of youth farmers in the elementary school, middle school and in the community continually. • Develop knowledge and promote the organization of youth farmers group and create a leadership and networking between as well as It should be supported the exchange of international experience under the youth exchange program with foreign agriculture and Youth Leadership.

  3. To create incentives policy for youth farmers to own agriculture entrepreneurship so that the young leaders will provide the effetive agriculture organization.
