  2. HABITAT The bearded pig lives in the amazon rainforest and in the rocky hills of colorado.In the rainforest they live in hllowed out abandoned termite hills and in the rocky hills,small caves.

  3. DIET. The bearded pigs diet consists of roots,berries and leaves.it burrows in he ground,using it's snout hairs to feel for food.It uses it's tusks to dig up and eat roots.

  4. Why it's endangered,and how it's helped The bearded pig is hunted by poachers,who want it's meat and hair for sausages,pork,bacon and wigs.However,more bearded pigs aren being taken into captivity to protect them and laws have been passed that ban killing or hunting them.

  5. . this is how many are left in the wild.each dot represents 1000 of them.there are only around 90,000 in the wild,whereas before there were over 900,000.
