Departmental Unix Systems.

    • Two LINUX servers (RedHat 6.1, 6.2) and user disk served by HP-UX server linked by FDDI.

  • We now have:

    • No FDDI.

    • Three Linux servers all running RH 7.3, one of which has a RAID user disk.

  • As before, backups to the datastore.

  • LINUX/Apache web server with content on AFS.

Grid systems
GRID systems

  • Compusys rack, will form basis of our contribution to Southern Tier 2.

  • Originally: 7 dual 1.4GHz Pentiums, plus 0.8TB disk with a server node.
