  2. - How It’s Made - • Hand pick the peppers, while they are deep red. • After they are picked, the peppers are mashed then are mixed with a little salt. • The mash is aged for about three years.

  3. - How It’s Made – (Cont.) • The mash, after three years, is then inspected. • After inspection, the mash is mixed with vinegar. • It is finished, after the long process.
