What is AFELink? • AFELink automates the sending and receiving AFEs / Mail Ballots and responses between operators and partners with: • Electronic transfer of AFEs / Mail Ballots from operators to partners • Electronic responses from partners to operators • Online real time AFE / Mail Ballot tracking for operators and partners • AFELink process automation • Saves time and reduces paper flow • Eliminates lost AFEs / Mail Ballots

AFELink Mail Ballot Operator Demo • The basic steps for operators to send a Mail Ballot to partners through AFELink are: • Select agreement to send mail ballot on • Review and edit agreement details • Create mail ballot • Set up mail ballot motions and attach AFEs • Generate cover letter • Add other attachments • Send mail ballot to partners • Track partner status and responses • Create and send the results letter to partners

  4. Select Agreement Use the Agreement Search screen to select the agreement for the mail ballot

  5. Review Agreement Details Use the Agreement Details screen to review and edit agreement details before creating your mail ballot

  6. Create Mail Ballot • Initial steps for creating your mail ballot are: • Enter your mail ballot number • Pick your voting provision

  7. Setup Mail Ballot Motions Use the Mail Ballot screen to enter the mail ballot motions and attach any AFEs to be added to the motion

  8. Attach AFEs Select the AFE to attach and click “Add AFE”

  9. Generate Cover Letter The Cover Letter is auto generated and more text can be added by clicking “Edit”

  10. Add Other Attachments Adding attachments is as easy adding attachments to emails

  11. Send Mail Ballot to Partners To send the mail ballot, select a due date and click “Save & Send to Partners”

  12. Corresponding with Partners • AFELink Messages: • Makes it easy for operators to correspond internally or with partners • Track and keep an audit trail of all correspondence

  13. Track Partner Status and Responses • The operator can: • Track the status and responses of all partners • Enter non-registered AFELink partner responses

  14. Create the Results Letter • Once all responses have been received, the operator: • Enters whether or not the motions have been approved or defeated

  16. Results Letter The results letter is auto generated and more text can be added by clicking “Edit”

  17. Sending the Results Letter to Partners Click “Save & Send to Partners”

  18. DONE! • In a few simple steps, you have sent an operated Mail Ballot to partners and can now track and receive responses.
