  2. Cobra Habitat • The cobra lives in Asia, China, India, and Africa.

  3. Appearance • A cobra can grow up to 18 feet. • It has very smooth, shiny skin. • Its colors are yellow, brown, and black.

  4. Food • They eat termites, rodents, birds and frogs.

  5. Young • A female cobra will lay 8-30 eggs. • The female cobra will protect the eggs until hatched. • When the cobra is hatched it is 10-12 inches long.

  6. Threats • One threat to the cobra is loss of habitat.

  7. Interesting Facts • A cobra can deliver enough poison to kill 20 people. • The cobra can live up to 20 years old.
