Indicator 1(only for undergraduate programs) • Bachelor’s degree graduates who can secure jobs and who can be self-employed within one year • See how to compute and explanation in ONESQA manual (page 19). • Evidence: • Job placement survey by RIAU • Job placement survey by the faculty • Online Graduation Registration (OGR) http://www.graduation.au.edu/

  17. Indicator 2 • Quality of Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral degree graduates in compliance with the TQF and the learning outcomes of the learners. • Evidence: • Competency and Effectiveness Index by RIAU • Stakeholder Satisfaction Index by RIAU (including Market Employer Satisfaction)

Indicator 3 (only for faculties with graduate programs) • Publications of the Master’s degree theses • Have the sum of weighted scores of publications divided by the number of master graduates. • Check weights of the journals, conference proceedings, and databases (see the correction sheet for page 21). • Evidence: • Only list of publications is not enough. • Prepare the real evidence or copies of the publications such as printed proceedings or journals, CDs, internet links, etc.

Indicator 4 (only for faculties with graduate programs) • Publications of the Doctoral degree dissertations • Have the sum of weighted scores of publications divided by the number of doctoral graduates. • Check weights of the journals, conference proceedings, and databases (see page 23). • Evidence: • Only list of publications is not enough. • Prepare the real evidence or copies of the publications such as printed proceedings or journals, CDs, internet links, etc.

Indicator 5 (for faculty members and researchers) • Publication and dissemination of research or creative works • Have the sum of weighted scores of publications divided by the number of full-time faculty members and researchers. • Check weights of the journals, conference proceedings, and databases (see page 26). • For creative works, check weights on page 27. • Evidence: • Only list of publications is not enough. • Prepare the real evidence or copies of the publications such as printed proceedings or journals, CDs, internet links, etc.

Indicator 6 • Utilization of research and creative works • Formula is on page 29. • Read the explanation and the required evidence carefully. • Evidence: • Evidence to certify the utilization of research/creative works by the relevant organization(s) with the clear explanation of how research/creative works are utilized.

Indicator 7 • Quality of academic works • Include academic articles, books, and textbooks. • Each type has different weights. • Evidence: • Only list of articles, books, and textbooks is not enough. • Prepare the real evidence or copies of the publications such as books, textbooks, printed proceedings or journals, CDs, internet links, etc.

Indicator 8 • Use of the knowledge and experiences derived from the academic and professional services to develop the teaching / learning and research • Have the number of academic activities/projects used to develop teaching/learning and research divided by the total number of academic activities/projects and multiplied by 100. • Evidence: • Evidence of integrating knowledge and experience from academic services with teaching, research, books, and textbooks. • Course syllabus, research articles, books, textbooks.

  24. Indicator 9 • Academic and professional service activities/ projects strengthening the community/society or external organizations • 5 criteria to check (see page 33) • See examples in University’s SAR (page 145-163) • Thesis/dissertation examiners • Editorial board members/peer reviewers • Journal publications • Training/seminar/conference organization • Etc. • Evidence: • Plan or projects strengthening community or society • Report, budget, or any evidence showing the implementation of the project • Letters of appreciation, photos, videos, etc.

Indicator 10 • Promotion of arts and cultures • 5 criteria to check (see page 35) • You may use the faculty’s projects or university’s projects e.g. those organized by Student Affairs • Evidence: • Policies, plans and mechanisms that promote arts and cultures • Report, budget, or any evidence showing the implementation, persistence, and utility of the project • Rewards, recognitions at the national/ international level

Indicator 11 • Aesthetical development in artistic and cultural dimensions(การพัฒนาสุนทรียภาพในมิติทางศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม) - 5 criteria to check (see page 36) • You may use the faculty’s projects or university’s projects • Evidence: • Cultural activities or projects of each faculty that promote cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetical values. • Hua Mak Campus • Suvarnabhumi Campus

  28. Indicator 13 • University administrators’ performance • The committee appointed by the university assessed and scored Dean’s performance.

  29. Indicator 14 • Faculty development • Have the sum of weighted scores of quality of faculty members based on academic titles and academic qualifications divided by the total number of full-time faculty members (including all those who are on leave for further study). • Check weights on page 40. • Evidence: • List of full-time faculty members with academic titles and qualifications. • Beware of borrowed names and number of faculty members.

  30. Indicator 15 • Results of the internal quality assurance (page 42) • Use the assessment results of the academic year 2010 only (because we are to be assessed this year).

Indicator 16.1 • Accomplishment of the Au administration based on its identities • University level (personnel’ s satisfaction) • Au identities (3 E’s) • English proficiency • Ethics and Morals • Entrepreneurship • Bear in mind that the score of satisfaction must not be less than 3.51 out of 5.

Indicator 17 • Accomplishment according to prominences and strengths reflecting AU uniqueness(page 194) • University level (personnel’ s satisfaction) • Au uniqueness: “International Community under Catholic Education” • Internationalization of Curriculum • Bear in mind that the score of satisfaction must not be less than 3.51 out of 5. • N.B.: If the faculty wants to assess its own uniqueness, it must be approved by the University Council.
