To get the most from the toner cartridge, keep the following guidelines in

mind:

• Do not refill the toner cartridge. The machine warranty does not cover

damage caused by using a refilled cartridge.

• Store toner cartridges in the same environment as your machine.

• To prevent damage to the toner cartridge, do not expose it to light for

more than a few minutes.

Preposition

  • In our TGIS labor we made with both MFP’s a life time test with around 60.000 Copies on each machine. After 60.000 copies we stopped the tests because expected Lifetime ends at around 50.000 copies. Both machines are still working without any problem.
  • 90% of all problems conveyed to the helpdesk are associated to the toner cartridge. The problems with the toner cartridge can be separate in 2 categories. 1. Image Quality, 2. Detection error.
  • The other 10% in conjunction with the Paper Quality ( dust ), dirt paper feeding roller and so on.
  • We expected that both MFP’s have a high reliability .
