  2. Introduction to Gilian • Gilian air sampling pumps are manufactured by Sensidyne in Clearwater, Florida. • Product line includes personal and area air sampling pumps for the evaluation of worker exposure to airborne hazards during the work shift.

  3. Air Sampling Introduction • Air sampling pumps draw air through collection media for the evaluation of worker exposure to a targeted substance during the work shift. • Samples are collected using a filter cassette or sorbent tube then later analyzed in a lab.
