The company was founded by two partners with main activity – phone retail. 1997 The company establishes first contact with a manufacturer in Asia and successfully imports its products to the Bulgarian market. Bittel establishes successful distribution channels for telecommunications on the local market. Bittel starts importing Panasonic equipment and quickly becomes a stable partner. Bittel signs a contract and starts selling equipment to the Bulgarian telecom, which at this point has started a project for digitizing the national communications network. 1998 Company history The company begins importing the General Electric brand. The amount of deliveries to the Bulgarian Telecom quickly increases owning to many won tenders. 1999 Company’s portfolio greatly expands with products such as ISDN equipment, PBX, Routers. 2000-2005 Bittel registers it’s own brand – NIPPON and starts importing air conditioners, TVs and many other consumer goods under it. 2005-2006

6. The company signs dealership agreements with Panasonic, Alcatel and Gigaset. Bittel builds its own building in the city of Plovdiv with offices and warehouses. The company also opens office in Romania. 2007-2008 Bittel signs dealership agreement with Cobra. Carmen and Techpoint are registered as own brands by Bittel. The company starts importing office equipment, stationery, computer accessories and furniture. 2009 Company history Bittel opens office, warehouse and showroom in the capital of Bulgaria – Sofia. Showroom area is 700m2. Bittel consolidates its positions on the market and launches an investment project for building offices and showrooms in the harbor center of Bulgaria – the city of Varna. 2010 The company successfully implements business management software – Microsoft Dynamics. The software manages every process in the company and assures lowering of expenses and imporvement of results, thanks to the implemented modules – CRM, Warehouse Management, Supplies, Sales, Marketing and Sales. 2011

16. Warehouse Our warehouse uses specially designed system for storing and moving the goods that assures use of the maximum volume of the warehouse itself. Every process is managed by Warehouse Management Software.

17. Logistics We have developed our own logistics network and are able to deliver in a matter of a day to every city in Bulgaria due to our own trucks and buses. Sales representatives have their own fleet at their disposal.
