Introducción La poliposis linfomatosa (PL) es una rara forma de presentación de Linfoma no Hodgkin de células B que se originan en el manto del folículo (“mantle cell”), que se expresa imagenológicamente como múltiples lesiones elevadas sésiles submucosas de distinto tamaño que comprometen, por lo general, el colon y el intestino delgado. Esta variante de linfoma, de mal pronóstico, afecta a personas mayores de 50 años.

    3. Objetivos Mostrar las manifestaciones radiológicas de esta forma infrecuente de linfoma no Hodgkin.

    11. Conclusión   La conjunción de las manifestaciones radiológicas y tomográficas son lo bastante características para efectuar el diagnóstico de esta forma de linfoma no Hodgkin rara y poco conocida.
