Pull down the View menu, select Master and Master Slide. Single click on the button and choose a different color from the paint bucket. Double-click on the button to see the I bar and change the text. CHANGE ACTION If you wish to change the ACTION on a button, single click on the button. Pull down the Slide Show menu, select Action Settings… Choose Hyperlink to…, select Slide and pick the slide you wish to link to. This approach can also be used to link to external documents such as Microsoft Word documents or Websites. ADD HYPERLINKS Select the graphic or text you wish to make “hot”. Pull down the Insert menu and select Hyperlink… Enter the URL. Be sure to include http:// You can also link to other types of files such as Microsoft Word and Inspiration. Keep in mind that you will need to upload these when you upload your PowerPoint presentation.
