  6. Group Objectives • Secretariat • New replacement organisation (binomes) • Exchanges between secretaries & with DAO office • Sharing of procedures, templates & documents (collaboration Web site) • New positioning according to group leaders’ needs Work axis: Exchanges & replacement organisation

  7. Group Objectives • Specifications & contracts • Publication of EN purchase procedure • Dissemination of information in the groups • Implementation of a call for tender and contacts follow-up database • Follow-up of contacts with contract engineers Work axis: purchase procedure & information

Group Objectives • Safety Inspections Service • Organisation of machine tools inspections • Report dispatching for electrical safety inspections • Integration of new electrical safety inspector • Web interface for safety inspections statistics • Liaison with DSOs, DGS and main equipment owners • Safety improvement actions Work axis: safety inspections organisation & communication

Group Objectives • Safety Coordination • Implication as from the conception phase for future projects • Revision of the mandate (with DSOs & DGS) • Preparation of procedures for technical stops and shut-downs • Sharing of information (collaboration workspace) Work axis: conception phase & mandate
