  3. Guiding Questions • What are the different autonomy options available? • How have different schools improved student outcomes by using these autonomies? • What are our most pressing needs and how could these autonomies help us meet those needs?

  4. World Café • Look at the menu of options and pick which three autonomies you will go and learn about. • Look at the map and find your table. • You will spend 20-25 minutes at each table. The presenter will present for 10-15 minutes leaving you 10 minutes for Q & A. • When the music comes on, it’s time to move to the next table. • Enjoy!

Team Time • Please take a few minutes to silently fill out your reflection sheets. • Now discuss using the reflection sheets and the following questions to guide your discussion: • What did you hear? • What was relevant to your school and your plan? • What are the next steps? • What questions are you left with?
