Prime Consulting Moçambique, S.A. is a Mozambican company with national and international partners, with premises and technical, human and operational facilities in the city of Maputo, which operates throughout the country. Prime Consulting Moçambique, S.A. operates under administrative authorization Nº 2701/11/01/PS/2010 in the field of the provision of consulting services and is the holder of Private Employment Agency administrative authorization Nº 78/INEFP/2010, issued by the Ministry of Employment.

OUR SERVICES As a consultant and provider of global services to enterprises and organizations, Prime Consulting has structured its intervention in the area of Human Resources through professionals with wide experience in this activities as well as professionals with experience in administration and management of human resources companies, accredited and equipped to provide services in this area, namely: Consulting on organisational development; Recruitment and Selection; Assessment and Tests; Training & Coaching; TemporaryWork; Outsourcing.

OUR SERVICES CONSULTING ON ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT Our intervention in the provision of consulting services for organizational development focuses on the following activities: Support organizations in integrated processes of change, as well as the restructuring of the Department of Human Resources; Aligning people with business strategies; Retaining talent; Career Planning and Management; Analysis and Job Descriptions; Definition of payrolls; Assessment and Performance Management.

OUR SERVICES RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION The main objective of Recruitment and Selection is to select the best professionals in accordance with the requirements and skills set, to perform a particular function. The Recruitment & Selection procedures developed by Prime Consulting obey the following methodology: Survey, with the customer, all the information needed to define the profile of the candidates; Seeking candidates in the internal database of PCM, search the network of contacts, add placement on the website of Prime Consulting and other job sites, or placing advertisement in leading newspapers; 3. Screening of curricula received: analysis by expert consultants to prepare a list of candidates to be evaluated; 4. Interview for Skills Assessment Professionals, in order to analyze and validate knowledge and experience, suitability for the job as well as salary expectations and motivation for the project; 5. Personal Skills Assessment, using psychological assessment instruments (ability tests), structured interviews and personality questionnaires; 6. Research of professional references of final candidates, if applicable; 7. Presentation of the shortlist of candidates “ABLE" and send the Individual Evaluation Reports, on average will be presented three candidates for each role.

OUR SERVICES ASSESSMENT AND TESTS Test application (Assessment) aims to assess the individual skills of each professional in terms of his or her behavior, cognitive level and evolutionary potential. This evaluation allows to determine with more efficiency the person’s features and their adaptability to a specific task. This assessment allows us to evaluate: Internal promotion of employees Reconversion of functions To evaluate the best candidates for new admissions Detect training needs

  11. OUR SERVICES TEMPORARY WORK Our company has a specific license that allows us for the temporary loaning of employees to the clients. Due to its extensive multidisciplinary experience in the areas of recruitment, selection, training and management of human resources, Prime Consulting Moçambique is able to provide an outstanding service to its clients and candidates. Temporary Work can be employed in various situations such as : Temporary increase of workload / production peaks; Replacement of employees on sick or holiday leave; Seasonal activities; Occasional services; Implementation of specific projects; Job vacancies.

  13. OUR SERVICES TEMPORARY WORK Identifying needs An in-depth diagnosis of the profile requirement is carried out based on the organisational setting and on the needs of the client. We always take into consideration the technical analysis and legal setting of the situation in question; our purpose is to achieve the goals pre-established by the client and to fulfil the requirements of the post to be filled. Recruitment and Selection After establishing the profile and requirements of the post to be filled, we then identify and select candidates, following a methodology based on the performance of Behavioural and Professional Skills Assessment Interviews and Psychological Assessment Tests adjusted to the post in question, always trying to find suitable, motivated candidates to fit the profile requested by the Client. OUR SERVICES TEMPORARY WORK Human Resources Administration and Management In line with a policy of great closeness between the clients and the employees, Prime Consulting has a specialised Human Resources team that follow locally all the processes and procedures implied by this form of recruitment. Our intervention covers the following points:  Drafting of employment contracts (CTT) and temporary employment contracts (CUTT); Management of temporary employees pay, based on time sheets supplied; Administrative management of contracts - e.g.: Social Security, personal income tax (IRPS), etc...; Monitoring of the activity of temporary employees, absenteeism, punctuality, temporary / permanent replacement of employees, etc.; Management of monthly time sheets of the employees.
