  2. Who Am I? • My name is Kaely Michelle Tuttle • 17 years old • Live with mother, father, and younger brother • Lived in Flint for 11 years, have been in Clio for 6 • Career Pathways1st: Human Services2nd: Arts & Communication

  3. Personal Traits • Caring: I do a lot of charity/community work. • Respectful: I have been raised knowing that respect is important (elders, teachers, parents, etc.) • Responsible: I have many pets that I help take care of. I also hold important positions in International Club and National Honor Society. • Organized: For NHS, I take care of community service hours and therefore must be organized to keep track of the members’ accomplishments.

  6. I love animals and I have about 30 pets (including a dog, cat, ducks, goats, and chickens)

Accomplishments • GPA 3.87 • Top 20 in my class • Highest Honors • ACT composite score of 28 • Scored 4 on AP Language & Composition test • Dual Enrollment (Mott Community College) for Sociology and Multicultural Communications • Accepted to University of Michigan-Flint Honors Program • $18,000 in scholarships for a total of four years at University of Michigan-Flint.

  12. Where Am I Going? • University of Michigan—Flint • At least Bachelor’s degree • Majoring in Anthropology • Career:(in cultural anthropology or archaeology)job with museum, industry, or the government

  13. Personal Goals • Write a novel • Marriage • Start a family • Travel to many places around the world

  14. Short Term Goals • By June of 2012, I will remain on the Highest Honors list. • By graduation, I’ll apply for more scholarships. • During the summer, I will continue working at my current job in order to save money for college.

  15. Long Term Goals • By January of 2014, I will remain in the Honors Program and pass every course. • During my junior or senior year of college, I will study abroad. • In the summer of 2016, I will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree.
