Do they? • What do others in your sector pay? • Do you have a non-financial reward strategy? • Do you pay for results or attendance? • Is there fairness/consistency? • Do your staff believe that they are fairly compensated? • Do you end up paying in an effort to get the right behaviours from the wrong people?
