  3. The Evolution of Care Integrating Traditional Primary and Mental Health services in a membership model, with an emphasis on functional (root) medicine (i.e. proactive all-inclusive approach)! People over payors, primary Doctors ran from the traditional insurance model and into the retainer/monthly fee model. Founded as a patients first line of healthcare. Presently treatment is dictated by insurance coverage and a reactive approach.
