Term End Review: Final Exam • Worth: 35% • Time: 7:00pm Friday April 11, 2014 • Location: SCHW 205/215 (confirm with Registrar’s exam timetable) • Coverage: (chpts 13, 22, 23 & readings) excluding transfer pricing p. 780-791 and including ROI/RI/EVA • Format: • Choice of FOUR out of FIVE short answer questions • Two compulsory and two others (30 minutes ea.) • Qualitative: 50-60% (interpretative) • Time: 2.0 hours

  4. Final Exam Coverage: Topic Coverage • Strategy and the Balanced Scorecard (Chpt 13) and readings (1) • Management Control Systems (Chapter 22 excluding transfer prices) • Performance Measurement and Compensation (Chapter 23 including the ROI/RI/EVA sections) and readings (2)

  5. Final Exam: Preparation • Lecture Notes (on-line) – some material on slides not in text and vice versa • Problems (on-line) • Office Hours (or by appointment) • Tuesday (8th) - 12:00 noon – 4:00pm • Wednesday (9th) - 12:00 noon – 4:00pm • Thursday (10th) - 12:00 noon - 4:00 pm • (Note: subject to change)
