Development STRATEGY 7 June 2018 presentation to Heart of Cary membership MINIMUM BUILD • Build the basics: business directory with nearby parking info • Mirror the app data on the HoCA website • Maintain the basic data POTENTIAL ADD-ONS • Integrate a dynamically updated event listing • Add real-time info on what’s happening nearby • Encourage community conversation • Raise money for maintenance and further development

GAINING MOMENTUM 7 June 2018 presentation to Heart of Cary membership BUY-IN FROM BUSINESSES • Have Downtown businesses promote the use of the app • Generate revenue for maintenance and further development through ad sales BUY-IN FROM THE TOWN OF CARY • Incorporate Town’s real-time parking info once available • Get manpower and/or money to maintain and expand the app • Expand the geographic reach of the app and/or link it with other local resources
