  2. All art courses are 60% coursework There will be 3 coursework projects Each project will provide evidence for 4 assessment objectives: 1. Collection & use of primary and secondary source material. 2. Contextual studies. 3. Development of ideas and experimenting with media. 4. Production of an outcome with clear links to the above. 40% timed test = preparatory period and 10 hour timed test to produce and outcome.

  3. Fine Art You will be specialising in sculpture and alternative media such as photography, digital art, film, site specific art.

  4. Art & Design You will use a range of media in both 2D and 3D Projects will be inspired by: The built environment Decay Contemporary art

  5. Applied Art & Design You will follow vocational briefs as if set by a client Projects include: Theatre costume design Special effects make-up Glass product design Illustration Animation

  6. Three dimensional design You will use ceramics, wire and other 3D media
