    • Data exceptions are noted in the review process

  • Plan will report:

    • Explanation of why data exception occurred

    • Action to address this concern

    • Person responsible for corrective action

    • Reconcile expenditures in each goal category

    • Standardized form!

  • Campus Visit (if necessary)

    • 10% or more of Perkins Program Improvement funds are returned or not drawn down in a fiscal year

    • Perkins Program Improvement funds are returned in 2 consecutive years, regardless of the amount
