  7. Assessment of Learning Outcomes:

  8. Learner Characteristics: • The target audience for this web-based training would be the Staff and the Cooks. The ones who are dealing with the amount of children that attend Head Start. • They staff and Cooks will need the experience in counting and knowing which formula each Infant and Toddlers drink. • Additional information that staff and cooks would need to know would be using Word Excel in order to develop this spreadsheet. The audience will develop the best training possible so they could understand how they are supposed to be doing it.

  9. Learning Context: • The Instructional setting would be the classroom and the Kitchen in Head Start. • The Head Start Campus will be used and the Infant classroom and Toddler classroom will be provided. A computer in the Toddlers room will be used to help and make the spreadsheets for the staff and the cooks. Will be using Word Excel to help to complete this task.

  10. Training Module Outline: • Introduction: • The training will help to understand and create a word Excel spreadsheet. • The Goal and objective for this lesson would be to practice and input the correct data for each child and the correct count.

  11. Training Module Outline: • Presentation of Information: • will present the lesson and information of how data is going to make your count easier. • Also how to use a computer and learning how to use word excel and knowing where to input the correct data

  12. Training Module Outline: • Assessment: The final assessment will consist for the learners to introduce their lesson. It will include Microsoft word excel which will help understand and make your work a little more simple. Also the correct training will be introduce and be provided for you to understand.

  13. Instructional Resources: • The materials that Staff and Cooks will use to participate in this training will be the computer. Also they would be using Word Excel to list their information and add the data that is going to be needed in order to complete their task. Knowing the correct amount of children that are attending.

  14. Training Module Blueprint: • Lesson 1: • Understanding to use a computer • Understanding in using word Excel • Lesson 2: • Counting the amount of children present • Introduction page: • Understanding the lesson • The Goals and Objectives • Lesson 3: • Choosing the correct layout • writing down correct milk and formula • Summary: • Introduction • Feed back • Assessment • Training

  15. Formative Evaluation: • The two strategies that I would be using would be a small group evaluation which are the staff and cooks. We will gather to understand how the data should be used and formatted on the spreadsheet. • I will rely on feedback from the staff and cooks. To see how well they have understand in making the spreadsheet. Also they will get training from myself, I will explain step by step so they can understand how to input the information on the correct place.

  16. Summary • I would be introducing a new format using Word Excel to help make the count easier for staff and cooks as well. Also to help in identifying which child drinks what formula and which toddler drinks the 1 percent or the whole milk. This will develop a better format and help to put new data on the Spreadsheet. Making it an easier task to introduce and learn
