    3. Habit 2: Begin With The End In Mind Control your destiny or someone else will! Define your mission and goals in life

    4. Habit 3: Put First Things First Prioritize and do the most important things first.

    5. Habit 4: Think Win-Win Have an everyone-can-win attitude Share power, recognition, and rewards Think in terms of “we” not “me”

    6. Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood You have two ears and one mouth so that you can listen twice as much as you speak! Listen with the intent to understand what others are actually saying—stop thinking about how you are going to reply to them. Use great communication skills!

    7. Habit 6: Synergize= Collaboration Work together to achieve more What can you bring to the table to help the group as a whole?

    8. Habit 7: Sharpen the Saw Renew yourself regularly—have “me” time Keep balance between our four basic areas of life: Physical (Body) Social/Emotional (Friends and Feelings) Mental (Brain) Spiritual (Faith)
