CONCLUSIONS • We introduced the concept of a phenotypic disease network. • This network can be used to help explore life cycle strategies for drug companies and hospital design. • This network can be used to perform comparative studies. • Ultimately, the goal is to help determine disease ontology based on their comorbidity patterns
