Hi, my name is Kenyetta Jackson and I am the unit chairperson for this section.  I wanted to personally welcome you to the unit and to NASW-NJ.  As you may or may not know, our unit has branched off from the Middlesex County Unit effective September.  This is a brand new unit and I am excited to have you join us.  Unfortunately, our first Social Work Exchange was postponed due to Hurricane Sandy but I am in the process of rescheduling it so please look out for the invite and RSVP as soon as you can. I look forward to meeting with you and sharing some of your idea's so please bring plenty of them! 6. Communication with Members FOLLOW UP EMAIL : Greetings, Nancy and I would like to thank our colleagues who were able to attend the meet and greet on January 14th. It was a pleasure to met you all. We had a great time. We're excited about working with you as we strive to make Essex the best unit in NASW-NJ. Some of the photos from the evening may be in the upcoming newSWire™. Also, if you have a blurb about your experience at the event, email me so I can see if I can get some of them included. Be on the look out for a brief survey about your NASW-NJ experiences. Completing the survey will help us with planning. Have a great rest of the week. Theresa & Nancy
