Relevant National Policy • Article 25-A of the constitution of Pakistan- “The State shall provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of five to sixteen years in such manner as may be determined by law” • Provincial legislation for article 25-A being formulated ; • NEP 2009 • Vision 2013 • National Plan of Action for Education for All (2001-2015)
