  1. Poster presenter guideline for URAI 2014 • Poster size • Each poster will be attached to a board (4 ft (L) × 10 ft (H)) identified by a paper ID. • Please prepare a poster in portrait (not landscape) format, size A0. • Teaser talk • The poster presenter will have one-minute teaser talk before the poster session. • Please send one-page PowerPoint file for the teaser talk to kros@kros.org by Oct.30, 2014. (No Extension) • Please use the URAI digest template (attached) with a paper ID as a filename. • If we do not receive the file by the due date, the digest file uploaded in the final submission will be used. • Presentation • Please fix the poster to the poster board during the break after the teaser session. • A small table will be placed in front of each poster board. You can use this table to put your own laptop or any other materials to provide more interactive explanations. (Power sources may be limited. Please take care of charging the laptop.)

URAI Poster teaser template First author, Second author, and Third authorDepartment of Creative Engineering, University of Innovation, Country • Poster teaser material must be prepared and submitted in MS PowerPoint, not PDF nor Word. • One can freely change its form, but consider that all the collected pages are merged into a single file. Be careful in choosing fonts and layouts. • Limited in one page. • The filename should be the paper id provided in the program. • One can add videos embedded in the file, but each teaser talk will be limited up to 60 seconds.
