  3. •When people started having more nationalism for their country they wanted to spread their ways to smaller, more “uncivilized” countries. • We and other countries thought that the smaller, third-world countries did not know how to make things or revolutionize their country.   12. Summary • Nationalism and imperialism lead to each other when one country was trying to spread a culture to another country or when ones country was over dominance. Countries were trying to spread believes and taking power to control other land one country tries to help another country, because they think what they have could help one another.
