  2. Plant Sale Our plant sale is held the second Saturday in May at the Lancaster Fair Grounds, 8-11 a.m. • Master Gardener volunteers share their perennials, herbs, annuals to sell for our annual fund raiser. • Our proceeds support scholarships at UWP and local community projects.

  3. GardenTours During the summer you can find the master gardener volunteers and friends touring gardens.

  4. Annual Convention • Each year a county hosts the 2-day conference. • Excellent opportunity to hear world-renowned speakers and visit vendor booths. • Awe inspiring! Volunteers from Grant and Crawford county participated in the WIMGA Annual Conference at Madison.

  5. Educational Booths • Throughout the year we staff an educational booth at events such as fairs, vendor shows , and horticultural events. • Resource material is provided and volunteers field questions.

  6. Programs - Workshops Grape pruning, bee keeping, lasagna gardening, collecting seeds from native plants, and gourd decorating are a few of the workshops we sponsor.

Involvement with the Grant County Master Gardener Association • We would like to encourage you to become involved by taking part in our educational events and local activities. • If you want to become a member, simply contact any one of our officers or members and we can assist you in becoming a Master Gardner Volunteer.
