  3. V = n x h • V = Volume Trafik • N = Jumlah Panggilan • h = Rata-rata waktu pendudukan • A = V / T • A = Intensitas Trafik • V = Volume Trafik • T = Priode Pengamatan • A = V / T = n x h /T • y = n/T • A = y x h • y = Jumlah Panggilan / Waktu Pengamatan

  4. Sebagai contoh : • Ada 40 sambungan perjam dilayani lewat suatu saluran. • Masing – masing sambungan dengan rata–rata melakukan hubungan panggilan 3 menit. • Maka jumlah waktu hubungan panggilan adalah = 40/jam X 3/60 jam=2 jam/jam. • Volume traffik adalah 2 erlang.

  5. Contoh: • Rata-rata selama jam sibuk pada suatu company terjadi 120 outgoing call dengan waktu pendudukan rata-rata 2 menit.Dan 200 incoming call dengan waktu pendudukan rata-rata 3 menit.Tentukan;Outgoing traffic,incoming traffic dan total traffic?

  6. Jawab: • 1. Out going traffic = 120 x2/60 =4 E • 2. Incoming traffic = 200 x 3/60 = 10 E • 3. Total Traffic = 4 + 10 = 14 E
