  2. HRM Information Systems Implementation • HRMS/HCMS Implementation Projects require great care. The best software solution or custom software development project can fail if any facet of implementation (installation, customization, user training, deployment, etc) is not done properly.

  3. HRM Information Systems Implementation-Project Team • HRMS/HCMS Implementation Project Teams are normally assembled to reflect to scope of the HRMS/HCMS software effort. • For example if a Benefits System is being installed; Benefits Specialists, IT Staff, Vendor Rep/Consultant, Benefit System Users, etc would likely be involved.

  4. HRM Information Systems Implementation-Project Team • HRMS/HCMS Implementation Project Team Members.. • Human Resource Professionals,Specialists • Benefit Specialists • IT Staff (Programmers, System Analysts) • Payroll • Independent and Vendor Rep/Consultants and Technical Staff

  5. HRM Information Systems Project Management • HRMS/HCMS Implementation Projects Management involves not only Project Team assembly but also specific Task Assignments, Resource Allocations and Timeline(s).

HRM Information Systems Implementation • HRMS/HCMS Implementation Projects have many important phases or sub-projects. • Hardware and Software installation, customization of Data Elements, Development of Reports, Data Migration, User Training and Adapting of Business Procedures are all Key Issues to be dealt with by the Project Team.
