  16. Order • Order accepting the sole source proposal from CB&I, Inc. to provide engineering services for the inspection of the Anaerobic Digester at the WWTP in an estimated amount not to exceed $38,000.

  18. Order • Order accepting the bid from Synagro Central, LLC for the City project "Anaerobic Digester Cleaning at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (17-12-WWTP)" in a lump sum not to exceed $134,500.

  19. Order • Order declaring the property at 7 N. Waverly Terrace to be surplus and accepting the bid of $8,000 from John Kelley for purchase of the property.

  20. Order • Order authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 2 to the contract with Belt Paving, Inc. for the South Centre Street Improvements Project (13-11-M) in the increased amount of $477,922.67 and an additional 25 work days, bringing the total contract amount to $954,509.18.

Order • Order authorizing the Chief of Police to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Park Service setting forth terms for mutual emergency assistance in the area of the C&O Canal National Historical Park for a period of five (5) years with an option to renew for another five (5) year period.

Letters and Petitions • Letter from City Clerk advising that the petition period on Charter Amendment Resolution No. 141, passed February 12, 2013, authorizing amendments to Section 82A of the City Charter pertaining to publication requirements for notices of bond sale has passed, and that no petition has been received, therefore the resolution became effective April 3, 2013.
