  1. The Constitution of JARC

  2. We the people of JARC, in order to form a perfect union within our government, establish justice, provide security, and promote good living for the good of the people establish this Constitution of JARC.

  3. The structure of the government will consist of four head of officials. These officials will over see any conferences concerning the well being of the people. Possible laws or amendment to the constitution can be submitted in written form to the law offices of the head officials. The head officials read, and either approve of deny document, to submit an official document to present to the people to vote on. Head officials or any other representative will be voted on, majority vote decides.

  4. There will be two courts. One court will be used for minor convictions, and a second court for major convictions and appeals. The legislative powers of the government will be to pass laws concerning the welfare of the people. If a dispute is reached, it will be resolved in the courts or by majority vote by the people.

  5. Open elections, with majority vote, will decide the selections of officials. The enforcement of the law will mostly depend on the ruling of the Court. Crimes, depending on severity, will be handled by issuing a certain amount of community service and/or giving up something valuable they owe. Capital punishment will be issued for particularly horrific offenses. Capital punishment will be that the criminal offender is shot out into space, towards the sun.
