  2. Bad Foods • Bad foods can cause you bad things like the following. • Diabetes • Heart Attack • Short of breath • Big • Fat • Obesity

  3. Healthy Foods • Healthy foods can cause good things like the following. • Skinny • In good shape • Strong • You can breath normal • You can run good

  4. Good foods vs. Bad foods • Chicken is good for because it has protein but some chicken like fried chick is bad for you and fast food it looks great but did you know its really bad for you. • Carrots are great for your eyes and Chinese food is bad for and Spanish food is bad to because it’s fried.

  5. Bad Sugar • Bad sugar is like snack food like honey buns, Hershey chocolate Bars, and my favorite chocolate and marshmallows. • Bad sugar can make you bigger and unhealthy like people come home and grab of jar of cookies and watch TV. • I love eating Bad sugars sometimes but I’m get older I have to watch what I eat. Like chocolate bars, honey buns, and bad sugars sometimes.
