  2. What is an “Ice Blaster”? An Ice Blasteris a Portable Machine which Uses CO2 Pellets to Clean Energized Equipment Power Source is a 120V Generator and Diesel Powered Air Compressor for the Heated, Filtered Air

  3. “How” The Ice Blaster Works? CO2 blasting:Is a Process in which Dry Ice Particles are Propelled At High Velocities To Impact and Clean A Surface. Applications: Include Cleaning Metal Enclosed Switchgears, Insulators, Transformer Radiators, and Other Energized Equipment Rated At Voltages Up To 15kV.

  4. Process • The Cleaning Process Consists of Aiming a Specially Insulated Gun at Energized Electrical Equipment. • This Process Can Easily be Performed by Trained AE Crew Members. • The CO2 Pellets Safely Clean Energized Equipment Without Damage. • No Other Companies in the Austin Area Provide this Service.

  5. Convenience: It is aPortable Blasting Station Mounted Inside a Trailer Equipped with all the Necessary Materials for Air Powered Blasting. It is easily Mobilized and Capable of being Towed by Any One-Ton Vehicle.
