  1. TRAINING STRATEGY Identify the Tasks This is a great technique to determine what various roles can learn about other divisions to improve collaboration. Choose the Mentors Choose the best individual for the role, whether a training expert, a leader or a colleague. Allocate Resources You can't expect new individuals to work right away if they don't have the time and tools to do their jobs. Training You can provide a variety of practices, including online training, classroom instruction, or practical learning. Re-check After training, assess employee comprehension by assigning assignments based on their instruction.
