Be able to use the Law of Definite proportions & % by mass to calc amt of unknown elements in a cmpd by analysis c. Be able to use the Law of Multiple Proportions & % by mass to determine if cmpds are same or different d. Electrolysis demonstration - using Mases's animation. Test for reverse reaction. DO NOW: 1. Use your own words to describe what should be in a Conclusion, and give 2 examples of possible things that could be in it. 2. If a compound is made up of 1.0 g H and 19.0 g F, what is the % by mass of F ? (see p. 75 of text) HOMEWORK: 1. Ch 3.4 PP's p. 76   20-24 (Std: 3) Ch 3.4 Assess, p. 77   25-28 (5pts) (Std: 3) 2.
