  4. Reasons for Delay • Expected to Receive GPS from Mr. Brownell • Parts delay: • Due to redesign • Platform: • Have platform with grooves • Need to drill holes and fit to chassis • Will be done by today

  9. Ordered Parts • 6” Long 3/16” Dia. Precision Ground Rod • 6 Brass Bushings • C-Clips • L-Brackets • 2 Hinges To be acquired from local stores: • 4 Colored Light Bulbs • 4 Light Bulb Mounts • Set Screws

  10. Vehicle Interfacing • Utilized keypad to interface with chassis • Cued search algorithm steps with keypad • Interfaced with LCD • Need math.h file for certain math operations • Trigonometry • Square roots • Etc.

  11. Next Week’s Action Items • Complete Machining of Enclosure Walls and Top • Obtain and Test GPS from Mr. Brownell • Continue Working on Program • Search algorithm and field work • Interface with GPS
