Recruitment Strategies

Start them young for the best return on

investment as long as you are prepared to:

  • Protect

  • Educate

  • Nurture


Recruitment Strategies

  • Offer officiating as an alternative to less talented players who love the sport.

  • With the emphasis on younger officials it is imperative that we start them earlier in order that they can achieve the international goal


Recruitment Strategies

  • Offer officiating to players who can no longer play.

  • Injury and age can provide many officials. Realistic expectations by the individual and the sport can greatly enhance the contribution.

50 points for registering with BCSA

50 Points for registering with BCSRA/FVSRA

10 Points for each game as referee or assistant referee (1-20 games)

20 Points for each game as referee or assistant referee (21-40 games)

30 Points for each game as referee or assistant referee (41-60 games)

40 Points for each FVSRA Meeting attended

50 Points for each Fitness test attended


Retention Policies

500 Points – Pair of socks Cost $8.00

1000 Points – Pair of Shorts and SocksCost $20.50

1500 Points – Shirt, Shorts and SocksCost $40.00
