Update To CRE On API 653 RBI Inspection Intervals November 16th 2010 • 2nd Ballot was issued summer 2010 following ballot resolution at the Spring meeting. • 2nd Ballot included suggested changes from XOM received post Spring meeting. • Returned and reached a quorum. 74% Approval rating. • 13 Negatives – in reality its 8 as there were multiple votes by some companies.. • Ballot resolution conducted at Fall 2010 meeting. • 107 comments 94 which were addressed at meeting. Ran out of time. • A new revised wording to bring opposing camps to common ground has been discussed with various negative balloting parties. • New resolution comments will be addressed and circulated for comment. • Work any more comments until we have an 80/20 agreement. • Ballot. • Potentially resolve any more comments on new ballot before Spring meeting.
