  1. Susan M Taylor Procurement Director As a senior executive, she was responsible for directing the entire procurement function as Head of the Contracting Activity (HCA). Taylor relied on her knowledge of the federal procurement process to execute her responsibilities well.

Susan M Taylor Federal Procurement As an experienced professional in the field of contracting and procurement, Susan M Taylor has served on the Office of Federal Procurement Policy’s (OFPP) Acquisition Workforce Human Capital Working Group. The task force’s mission was to come up with methods of improving recruitment, development and retention of acquisition workforce in the government. Her input in retaining procurement workforce was included in the final report presented to President Obama. Susan M. Taylor is an expert in the procurement field. For more than two decades, she has served as principal procurement adviser in senior acquisition leadership positions at various agencies in the federal government.
