  1. Virtual Junket Case Study 5th October 2009

  2. Want to share something with a large or dispersed audience? Do you need to communicate to a remote team? Are you running an event and want to engage an online audience? Can’t get them all in one place but need to receive and answer questions in real time? Jollywise can help you!

  3. What is it? Our recent projects, Vinyan Q&A and Christmas Carol press conference, delivered on all of the aforementioned areas. We delivered a live chat and video loop enabling journalists and others to go online, log in and ask questions to the speaker of the live event. The online audience was able to view the event via a live audio and video feed direct from their computer, in the comfort of their office or home.

  4. How does it work? The equipment and software is all provided for you along with a senior member of our team to set up. Using video broadcast software, video camera and microphone we stream the footage live via a website. The websites login area provides added security and gives each user a unique reference. A live chat box below the video footage enables users to put questions to the speaker. These messages can be put to the speaker via a member of our team or a moderator. This helps with the smooth running of the event and helps to filter through the most relevant questions. On larger scale events it is possible to have several moderators to help answer the questions.

  5. The presenter addressing their audience

  6. Either using a webcam or video camera the event is broadcast over the internet

  7. Viewers login to the site and receive the video stream

  8. During or after the speech the audience can post questions to the presenter

  9. Moderator(s) would be used to either filter the questions and put them to the presenter or answer the questions themselves

  10. The end result is a flowing online conversation between the presenter and their audience

  11. Why use it? Highly effective way to create 2,3, even 4 way conversations between colleagues, clients and fans. Allows people from all over the world to give feedback and help develop your brand. Reduces the need to spend large amounts of money on travel budgets and venue hire.  Where can it be done? The great thing about this service is that it can be set up anywhere with a broadband connection large enough to fit a computer.  When can it be set up? The way we have simplified the process enables us to provide you the service within a tight time frame.
