Remarque: Conditions: Overcast day, at the beginning 13h00 local, snow breaks through the clouds and completely clear sky at 18h. Snowing a few crystals around 13h00. Windy day the day before. Tair@ + 150 cm : -6°C at 14h00, -11.4 at 18h15, second T profile is available in the notebook. Tsnow from top in degree C, see depth on stratigraphy for layers: 34 cm = -3.8 30 cm = -4.2 25 cm = -4.15 20 cm = -4.15 15 cm = -4.1 10 cm = -4.05 5 cm = -4.0 Sea Ice = -3.95 Observations Light snowfall at 13h00 composed of dendritic crystals, not very developed. Not mentioned here in the stratigraphy. Some fresh snow on top but there were not enough crystals for sampling. Blown snow and recognizable particles of dendritic crystals. Recognizable particle of dendritic crystals and dendritic crystals. Blown snow on top which start to be metamorphosed in faceted crystals in the down layer. 0.1 to 0.2 mm size. Crust of faceted crystals, 0.1 to 0.2 mm size. Depth hoar layer, 2-3 mm size. 35 32 29 19 7 8 5 6 0
