An example of this is when Jake and Cornelius walk to Huapai to gather supplies and find help, but nobody is there. So Jake walks back to Sam, and Cornelius continues to walk on and find help.

Impressive Character An impressive character in the novel High Tide by Anna Mackenzie Is Cornelius .He is impressive because he was determined to find help for him and his friends.Anexample of this is when he, and Jake walk to Huapai to gather supplies and get help, but nobody was there so Jake walks back to Sam, and Cornelius continues walking . “there wasn’t anyone at Huapai . Cornelius went on, I came back”. This shows that Cornelius is determined that he will find help for him and his friends.
